Christina Haack was birthed in Anaheim California on the 9th day of July the 9th of July, 1984. Her first job was real estate. It was here that she got to know Tarek El-Moussa who would become her husband. The couple was very successful prior to the 2008 crisis in the stock market, during which many real estate and home flippers collapsed. Tarek El Moussa almost destroyed due to the 2008 market crash. Their house was valued at $700 a week, which was a far cry from the $16,000 they had to pay each month to rent their house. They gradually rebuilt their business as well as their economy. HGTV & Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted the help of a friend to create an audition tape which would later use in the production of HGTV. It featured Tarek as well as Christina turning a house from the beginning to the end. Pie Town Productions executives received the tape. The executives fell in love Tarek Christina. They signed an official deal with HGTV in the year 2012. Then, in April of 2013 "Flip of Flop" was a reality TV show that began its debut. Between 2013 and 2017, the show aired 92 episodes over 7 seasons. Christina and Tarek had to buy houses which were usually located situated in Orange County. After spending many weeks making improvements then they'd flip the houses in order to earn a profit. Tarek concentrates on demolition and remodeling while Christina is focused on designing while also making sure all goes according to plan.
